This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between you and Dixons Electronics Limited regarding the use of dixons.co.ke website (“Website”). By using the Website you are entering into this Agreement with Dixons and indicating that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All information that a Customer provides for the purpose of processing an order shall be treated confidentially. We shall not share Customer Information with any unauthorized persons. We may share Customer Information with our business partners who assist in delivery or any other service that is pertinent to the processing of the Customer’s order.

Dixons endeavors to ensure that the information presented on the Website is as accurate as possible. Dixons takes no liability to any Visitor for incorrect, unlawful or unreliable information presented on the Website.

all the information including and not limited to trademarks, names, logos, images and text displayed on the Website is the property of Dixons. Nothing including and not limited to the above mentioned items contained on the Website should be copied, reproduced, manipulated without the prior written permission of Dixons.

External links provided to the Customer on the Website are beyond the control of Dixons. we therefore take no responsibility for any outcome resulting from access to it.

Order Process

Any order placed by the Customer is subject to final acceptance by the Seller. Once the Seller receives an order from the Customer they may send an order acknowledgement message with details of the products in the order. An acknowledgement message does not count as order confirmation. An order will be confirmed once the Seller receives confirmation of payment.

Lipia Pole Pole

Dixons offers a 90-day payment plan with 0% interest and with just a minimum of KSHS. 500/=. The Customer can book any item he/she desires. The Customer must complete payment of the retail price indicated within 90 days. Upon completion of the full payment, the Customer will receive their order goods.

In case the Customer is unable to complete the payment of the full purchase price, the Customer can purchase any item equivalent to the amount of payment the Customer has done. THERE SHALL BE NO CASH REFUNDS

Description and Pricing

The description of the products is displayed on the Website at the time the Customer places an order with samples, drawings, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described.

Every effort is made by the Seller to ensure that prices shown on the Website are accurate. If an error is found, the Seller will inform the Customer as soon as possible and offer the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price, or cancelling the order.

All prices are shown in KES (Kenyan Shillings) and unless expressly stated otherwise, include Tax (where applicable) at the applicable current rates.

Product Warranties

All products are cover by warranties against manufacturing faults and defects for various periods depending on the product. All warranties are subject to warranty terms and conditions

Delivery

Delivery of the Products shall be made as specified by the Customer. They can be delivered to the Customer’s address or the Customer can pick them up from our premises at Nairobi CBD, Kimathi Street, GMC Building, Ground Floor

The Customer acknowledges that it may be required by the Seller to provide proof of address and identification prior to delivery being made.

Any dates specified by the Seller for delivery of the Products are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Delivery costs are included as a separate expense quoted on the Website or by Seller’s representative.

Payment

Payment for the Products by the Customer is to be made using the secure method provided on the Website provided by a third party entity. The information passed on the Website is securely passed over an encrypted connection to ensure safety of Customer information. The SSL certificate is provided by a Licensed Certifcation Authority

Warranties & Disclaimers

Dixons make no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees in any form regarding the Website and it’s use. Dixons shall not be responsible for and disclaims any liability for any loss liability, damage (direct, indirect or consequential), injury or expense that may occur as a result of your access and/or use of the Website and any information contained on the Website.
